These initiatives aim at helping students to make an informed choice regarding their university career.

Guidance initiatives for high schools

The aim is to make high school students aware of the learning activities carried out at UniCal.

Pre-degree courses

These intensive courses are aimed at enhancing students’ basic knowledge in order to help them face their learning process successfully.

Internship

Internship programs are an experience whose aim is to complete students’ academic training process, through practical activities carried out in entities or businesses that internal or external to UniCal, as a result of ad-hoc agreements signed by the university.

Tutoring

The goal of this service is to support students during their studies, to make them active participants in the learning process as well as to help them overcome their difficulties, thus ensuring their successful participation in the courses.

Career Service

This initiative aims at flanking students in their transition from the academic context to the labor market.

Counselling

This service helps students to overcome situations of distress related to their choice of higher education studies, and their transition period from high-school to university or during their university career.
