Full Professor of Glottology and Linguistics at the University of Calabria since 7 February 2020; Scientific director of the Phonetics Laboratory at the University of Calabria; Member of the Academic Senate of UNICAL; Scientific director of the Phonetics Laboratory at the Universidad National de Rosario (Argentina); Director of the Department of Forensic Sciences of the National Observatory for Investigations, Security and Forensic Sciences (ONISSF); National coordinator of the Observatory on Forensic Linguistics (OLF); Scientific director of the modules of Rights, Democracy and Security and Intelligence, New Technologies in the II level Master in "Intelligence". Member of the board of directors and of the teaching board of the Research Doctorate "Politics, Culture and Development" of UNICAL from 2016 to date.
