Patrizia Pastore, Ph.D.,

is associate professor of Business Administration and Accounting Studies at University of Calabria (Italy), Department of Business Administration and Law - DiScAG, where she teaches Business Administration at the three-year Bachelor degree courses in Business Administration (DiScAG). Other current teaching course: Business Administration at the three-year Bachelor degree in Statistics for Data Science at the Department of Economics, Statistics and Finance - DESF, University of Calabria

Her expertise and main research interests include: 1) Women on Corporate Boards; 2) Gender Budgeting; 3) IoT: Impact on business processes and performance; 4) Outsourcing and Back-reshoring strategies; 5) Governance models, performance and competitive advantage of Italian Industrial districts and business networks; 6) Commons and collective action in Italian industrial districts and business networks; 7) Financing of SMEs, Italian Mutual Guarantee System, EU Structural Funds.

In these fields she carried out several studies and researches, also participating in collaborative research groups; she has published in international and national peer-reviewed Journals, and presented her research at renowned competitive national and international conferences.

Patrizia Pastore, PhD, is tenured researcher in Business Administration and Accounting Studies and aggregate professor of Business Administration at University of Calabria (Italy), Department of Business Administration and Law. She had her PhD in Firms, State, Market at Business Science Department – University of Calabria - Dissertation: “Inter-firm collaborations: the Strategic Outsourcing”. She is member of AIDEA, Accademia Italiana di Economia Aziendale (Italian Academy of Business Admin-istration and Management), SIDREA, Società Italiana Docenti di Ragioneria ed Economia Aziendale (Italian Society of Teachers of Accounting and Business Administration), EGOS, European Group for Organizational Studies. She is member of: the AIDEA Study Group (GSA) “Taxonomy of the Business Administration and Accounting Studies”; the AIDEA SIDREA SISR Study Group (GSA) “Gender Studies”; the SIDREA Study Group “Strategic networks: governance and management control”. She serve as Editorial Board member of Corporate Governance and Sustainability Review Journal (published by the publishing house "Virtus Interpress" in association with the University of Greenwich, London, UK) and as reviewer of several international and Italian peer reviewed academic Journals. Her main research interests includes: female representation on corporate boards; strategic outsourcing and back-reshoring strategies; governance model and performance of the Italian Industrial districts and business networks; Commons and collective action in Italian industrial districts and business networks; Strategic Management of Human Resources. She is author and co-author of several articles and books on above mentioned research areas and she attends as a speaker at many international conferences.
