Greta Massa Gallerano holds a PhD in Comparative Public Law from the University of Calabria and the University of Granada (Spain).
She has been a research fellow at the University of Calabria and at the University of Granada (Spain). She was a member of a European research project 'People - Marie Curie Actions' (International Research Staff Exchange Scheme).
She is currently an adjunct professor of Comparative Regional and Federal Systems at the Department of Political and Social Sciences (University of Calabria). She also works at the School of Public Administration Sciences at the University of Calabria, and she collaborates with the Peter Häberle Foundation, which runs, together with the University of Granada, the Constitutional Law Research Centre 'Peter Häberle'.
She is the author of many publications and the book entitled; "Financial Autonomy and Solidarity. A comparison between Spain and Italy", published by Editoriale Scientifica, Naples, 2021.
