CARLO DE ROSE is an associate professor at the Department of Political and Social Sciences of the University of Calabria, where he teaches Sociology and Social Research and Applied Social Research. He is currently coordinator of the three-year and master's degree courses in Social Work at the same university. His field of scientific interest concerns the methodology of social research and the epistemological issues of the social sciences. He has carried out numerous research both in Italy and abroad on topics such as emigration, local development, entrepreneurship, generations.
