Anastasia Macario is Associate Professor in Industrial and Technological Chemistry since 2016 (scientific disciplinary sector ING-IND/27), at the University of Calabria where she has a permanent position from 2006 as Researcher, always in the scientific disciplinary sector ING- IND/27. Currently, she is Lecture in Industrial and Environmental Safety (Envir. Eng. Degree) and in Safety in the Process Industry (Chemical Eng. Master's Degree). She is the scientific director of the TecAm - Materials Technology and Environmental Catalysis laboratory of the DIAm, where she carries out her research activity focused on the preparation, characterization and application of innovative materials for environmental and energy applications (removal of pollutants, selective absorption of substances, reforming reactions for hydrogen production, methanation reactions for carbon oxides consumption, production of biofuels).
