Social skills and competences: The training aimed at teachers and educators with particular reference to the orientation chosen by the students, especially in the transition from high school to university, has allowed us to develop skills in the management of various types of group. Has also gained skills and communication skills for educational and training, enhancing the effectiveness of a propensity language and empathic listening.
Organisational skills and competences: The research, the first and the various positions as a director, manager and coordinator covering within the university and within the framework of European projects, then, have allowed her to develop excellent organizational skills and management of groups and people, with special focus on optimizing the use of human and material resources.
The coordination and direct experience in research work have allowed us to acquire good skills in the preparation of projects on youth problems.
