On 1 January 2004 the Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003, called 'Code regarding the protection of personal data' came into force. It gathers in a single text a variety of measures stratified over time at national and EU level. This area is of reference to all interested users (students, service providers, patients of the Health Centre, etc.) and to the University's employees for all matters concerning the protection of personal data.
If you are a minor, before communicating the data to the University, we invite you to read carefully the informative reports with your parents or with whoever acts on their behalf. Parents or any legal representatives of the minor can exercise the rights as per art. 7 of Legislative Decree 196/2003 by writing to privacy@unical.it.

INFORMATIVE REPORTS
The following documents represent a requirement compliant with Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 which, under art. 13, contains the obligation to provide interested parties with information regarding the processing of their personal data.

Informative report on the processing of personal data of those who intend to enrol in a study programme

Informative report on the processing of personal data relating to the activities carried out by the Health Centre
Informative report on cookies and on the processing of personal data acquired by the University Portal system
Informative report on the processing of personal data of candidates in the elections of student representatives in the University bodies
Pursuant to art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003, we inform you that the University of Calabria will process the data provided exclusively for institutional purposes and in compliance with the legislation on the protection of personal data.
