Research interests
Membrane Proteins: over-expression of human membrane proteins in procariotic and eucariotic recombinant systems (E.coli, P.pastoris); purification and reconstitution in artificial membrane (liposome) of membrane proteins solubilized from cell membranes (mitochondria, lysosomes and plasma membrane) or over-expressed in bacteria or yeast; functional and kinetic studies. Study of enzyme over-expressed in bacteria: functional and kinetic studies.
